This particular post brings together all 3. And, the fact that all 3 come together so beautifully in this video, gives us chills every time.

We’ve been lucky enough to work with the hail from the mitten, on several occasions etc) before. Because of our relationship with them, we had a good idea of where they come from, where they are now and where they’re going next.
So, Big Foot Media’spitched an idea as they got closer to the grand opening. Why not create something cinematically beautiful to serve as sort of visual mission statement, and a measuring stick for years to come?
He wanted to create something timeless for them. Something that didn’t just show the story of 3 guys making beer, but showed the story of 3 guys having a dream and going for it. In the end, it’s not even just the story of those 3 guys in particular, but the story of entrepreneurship and this generations’ American Dream.
Going into the shoot, Tim knew he wanted this to feel more like a film than a promotional video. So, the Whalen bros got together to work their magic.
Jason Whalen did the majority of the camera work and Tim Whalen did the directing. They knew their vision wasn’t just to advertise for this one event, but to really show off Begyle’s new space. They brought in a jib, sliders, motion time-lapse rigs and a steadicam, to ensure they’d get the right look.

After 3 days of shooting, they had enough to tell the perfect story.
In post production, editor Adam Cate and Tim collaborated to nail the final sequence in a film-like fashion (which they’ve gotten good at over the years of all of our . They wanted to show multiple angles and cutaways to really build a few key scenes. Our buddy Scott Bozack did our final audio mix.
We thought we’d be kind, and only post this a day before the big doors open, so you don’t have to wait too long to see it for yourself.
